“Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis with repeat customers for the same product as previous years being given preference. we cannot guarantee exclusivity but on enquiry can advise if there are prior bookings selling the same or similar products.” The school reserves the right in its own discretion to refuse any stall booking that it deems unsuitable or undesirable.
You as the stall operators are being granted space to display and sell the goods mentioned on your application form on the grounds of Bedfordview Primary School subject to the rules of the school.
Kindly take note of the following rules which need to be adhered to:-
- Please note: Should you be found displaying or selling novelty toys, food or drinks or selling items considered by the school officials to conflict with the school stall, you will be requested to remove such items from your stall. Should you refuse to do so, or you display the items again after being requested to remove them, you will be escorted off the school premises and you will forfeit the monies paid by yourself for your stall space.
- You agree to be bound by these rules once you have made payment of the amount due in order to reserve your stall space.

PAYMENTS & REGULATIONS Your booking will only be secured once you have made payment.
CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE RE-REIMBURSED
- You need to do an instant payment via Payfast in order to book your stall, by paying you agree that you are not in violation of selling any of the items that the school will be selling.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE DAY
COVID PROTOCOLS
Please ensure that you abide to Covid protocols at all times and ensure you have sanitiser available.
Should the event be cancelled due to covid there will be no refunds the event will be postponed to a later date.
Load-in: 7am to 8h30am (All vehicles to be removed from the site no later than 8h30)
Load-out: From 4pm onwards
YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE ONTO THE PROPERTY AFTER 8H30.
Should you arrive after 8h30 you do risk the chance of losing your pre-appointed site.
PARKING:
Parking is available for stall holders only on the school property on the far side of the field, however you will not be able to remove your vehicle until 4pm. DO NOT just park anywhere you feel suitable, it frustrates the stallholders who do adhere to the rules. You may of course use the street parking should you wish to. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated the same stall as in the past.
DIRECTIONS:
From Van Buuren Road: at the Methodist Church turn into De Wet Street and then left into School Road (one-way). You will come across a vehicle gate on the left opposite Shannon Road.
There will be security at the gate – please provide them with a copy of your proof of payment. They will gladly advise you were to proceed to.
