Bedfordview Primary School is part of the Gauteng Department of Education and is an English medium, co-educational institution.
About Our SchoolOur aim is for all students to make excellent academic progress, and to engage fully in all extra mutual activities as part of our school life.
We believe that excellence is achieved through quality teaching, and that reliability and efficiency in the classroom is expected of the educator as well as the learner.
A wide range of sport is offered throughout the year and we strive to give every child the opportunity to participate at all levels.
We believe that the world is a stage, and our stage is the world. Creating a framework for occupational learning.
The Coronavirus pandemic calls for us to revise our approach to teaching and learning to include virtual classrooms and blended instruction. Because we have not used Google Classroom or any other platform before, we now start incorporating technology into our daily schedules. Our staff and most of our students are in a good position to transition to virtual learning. For others, this is new and the learning curve will be challenging. Our teachers, administration and staff are here to support our students and families as we continue our shift into virtual learning.
We are here and ready to help! We will all “learn into the future” together as a community.
Striving for Excellence!
